Perimeter and Area Video Project: Ms. Ferland
This is your opportunity to creatively show that you understand how to calculate perimeter and area in a real world situation. This is so much more realistic than a worksheet!
Here is your challenge:

- As a team, choose a structure on our campus (note rules/guidelines from Ms. Ferland concerning which structures are off limits).
- Figure out how to calculate the perimeter and area of that structure.
- Document how you calculated the perimeter and area in pictures and video.
- This is a very important step! You need to capture video and images so that you can create a great video.
- Use WeVideo to create a video explaining:
- how to calculate perimeter
- how to calculate area
- how your team calculated the perimeter and area of the structure on campus
- Submit your video on the form below so we can all view it!
How do we store and share the video and pictures we capture?
This is NOT something that can be done at the last minute. Gather images and videos early on your phone, then upload them to your Google Drive once you have Internet access for your phone (like on your home wifi network). This is crucial for the success of your project.
